Jeffrey’s bio

I am a 24-year Resident of Sebastopol in Sonoma’s “West County”. My time here has acquainted me with the unique microregions of the county, as well as with the wonderful local resources and specialists who are invaluable to property owners. I have extensive experience with the intricacies of selling and purchasing rural property, as well as an appreciation and intention of Green/Sustainable building practices, energy self-reliance and efficiency, permaculture, and edible landscaping. I am also very experienced in working with mature clients who have issues of estate disposition, domicile down-sizing, and retirement or vacation homes. I have the Realtor designations of EcoBroker and Seniors Real Estate Specialist.

I enjoy working with both first time property Buyers and Sellers, as well as those who have done numerous transactions and are looking for someone who is a pro and has utmost integrity in such an important situation. I have won the North Bay Bohemian’s Reader’s Survey distinction of “Sonoma County’s Best Realtor” for the years 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010. I have been selling Real Estate with Better Homes and Gardens Mason McDuffie Real Estate for 8+ years, and I’ve won numerous awards including being inducted into the President’s Club, the Director’s Circle, and the Leading Edge Society. I practice Real Estate with the intention of enriching the lives of my clients, all of whom I treat like family, and with the goal of earning my clients’ business and referrals for many years to come.
