My legal background helps me write ironclad Purchase Offers, making sure your contractual rights and obligations are clear, and giving you what you have bargained for. When your Offer is accepted, I help you with all aspects of the Due Diligence Process, guiding you to informational resources and ordering top-notch Inspectors to investigate everything from the actual physical condition of the property, property and title records, to getting bids for work to be done after the close of Escrow. Once the Due Diligence research project is completed, I help you analyze if you want to move forward on the purchase. If so, I negotiate strongly on your behalf for Seller concessions or Closing Cost credit.

I also attend your signing at the Title company and make sure all is in order prior to the Close of Escrow. When Escrow closes, we all breathe a sigh of relief and I hand over the keys to your new property. And truly, this is just the beginning of how I serve my Buyers. Once you own the property, I always want you to stay in touch and let me know if there is anything real estate-related that I can help with. Anytime something breaks or you need a resource for repairs, financing or construction, I’m happy to be of service. Because I don’t advertise, the only way I get new Clients is from the referrals of my satisfied Clients. So if you’re not happy, I’m not happy.
